Voting on ACLS By-Laws
The ACLS Board in its efforts to change to a not-for-profit organization structure is required to make some changes to it’s By-Laws.
To do so it must send out a revised copy of the By-Laws 30 days before the membership votes on the changes. Here below is a link to the new By-Laws for your perusal.
ACLS Bylaws – 20-08-20 Proposed Modifications
Voting will take place via Survey Monkey and will begin Tuesday, October 27th at 8:00 am and conclude at 8:00 pm Friday, October 30th.
The results of voting will be announced October 31st.
