Sacred Art Programming; Spiritual Direction & Companioning
The place where we gather for liturgy and devotion has the power to transform us as a worshiping community. Each project of making sacred space is an opportunity for spiritual growth and liturgical renewal. The collaborative ministry of the liturgical design consultant is one of pilgrim and partner with the community, one of listener, teacher, facilitator, designer. To build a holy place, the process must be seen as holy work. The process must be surrounded by prayer and be open to all. Trust in the gifts of the Spirit, and in the collective wisdom of the community are essential. Every building project should proceed in right relationship with our rich past and enthusiasm for what lies ahead on the journey of renewal.
