I am doing some research on project delivery approaches for an upcoming talk. My question for our Liturgical Design Consultant members is this:
Have you ever been involved in a Design/Build project; i.e., a project where the construction company was the lead entity on the design, rather than an architectural firm?
If so, could you please tell me about your experiences with that project? For example, how much involvement did you have in the design process? Was the Design/Builder open to your suggestions and comments? Or were those comments disregarded due to cost concerns?
