“A Bend in the River” celebrates the turn in the St. Joe River (South Bend) and the prayer “Send down your Spirit and heal the face of the earth.” The colors are inspired by the stained glass in the Holy Spirit Chapel on the Saint Mary’s College campus. Each piece is 8 feet long suspended on a 10 foot pole. The paintings will help commemorate the 175th anniversary of Saint Mary’s University Regina C. Wilson, Director of Campus Ministry
