Cindy Kessler believes that liturgical artwork must reflect the very soul of the spiritual community, and lend a sense of beauty and ambiance to the worship space. Cindy Kessler has designed contemporary mosaics and stained glass windows since the late 1970’s. Previous commissions include places of worship, government buildings, universities, athletic centers, hospitals, libraries, corporate sites and private collections. Kessler Studios has been awarded competitive Percent for Art commissions, received an American Institute of Architects Religious Art Design Award, received a Best of Show Bene Award from Ministry & Liturgy Magazine, was awarded an Artist Fellowship Grant from the State of Ohio, and participated in a U.S. Department of Commerce Airport Trade Mission to Japan.
